Trees

Trees enhance our environment by reducing noise, blocking winter winds, shading the summer sun, adding color to our landscape and increasing property values. Trees also protect against the heat island effects in the summer. Delran Township adopted a Community Forestry Plan in 2018. As part of our education and outreach, we have also posted resources to help residents plant the right trees correctly, manage the trees they have and information to hire tree experts when necessary.
